Parking
Parking for the Poplar Pike Playhouse is available in the front circle drive on Old Poplar Pike or the back parking lot. Parking is not permitted on Moore Road.
Food, Drink & Smoking Limitations
There is no food or drink allowed in the theatre. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on Shelby County School property, either inside or outside the building.
Recording Devices & Cell Phones
Recording devices (tape recorders, video recorders, cameras, etc.) are not permitted inside the theatre. All cell phones and beepers must be turned off during performances.
Age Limitations & Seating Etiquette
Children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the theatre. Children are not permitted to sit on the laps of adults during a performance.
Theatre Etiquette
All patrons must have a valid ticket to be admitted to a performance in the theatre. Theatre patrons making any type of disturbance during a performance will be asked to leave the theatre.

Prices
Ticket prices for most shows range from $10 to $20. Tickets are payable by cash and check only. Credit cards are only accepted through online purchasing. Checks should be made out to Poplar Pike Playhouse.
Ticket Pick Up
Tickets for shows must be picked up from the box office 48 hours before the show date or tickets are put back on sale.
Mail Purchase
If the performance you wish to see is over one week away, you may mail us a check for your tickets, and we will hold your tickets at the door. In this case, they will not be sold. Make sure your check arrives at least 3 days prior to the show. On the check, please write the date of the show, the number of tickets on reserve, and your name. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to performance time to pick up your tickets.
Exchanges / Refunds
Once tickets are purchased, there are no exchanges or refunds.
Group Tickets
Special tickets pricing is available for groups of 20 or more. Group discount tickets must be picked up and paid for at least 10 days in advance. Payment can be cash or one check (must be an institutional check) for the entire group. For information, call the theatre box office and ask to speak to the PPP Business Manager.
Theatre Rental
The entire theatre may also be rented for special occasions and for select theatre performances.
